These Terms govern use of this website, operated by Starquest Marketing LTDA, CNPJ 54.935.863/0001-80, Rua Tocantins, 250, Casa 06, Jardim Excelsior, Cabo Frio, RJ, 28915-070, Brazil (“Seller”, “we”). Contact: hello@calmpuppyprotocol.com.

1. Products

We sell digital content only (PDF ebooks, workbooks, trackers, checklists). No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions describe the digital files you receive after payment.

2. Payment, pricing and tax — Paddle as reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service inquiries related to your purchase. Paddle is the seller of the products on this site, and calculates and collects any VAT, GST, or sales tax due based on your billing location. Prices are shown in USD; the amount charged at checkout reflects any tax Paddle is required to collect for your country. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

3. Orders and delivery

After successful payment, download access is granted automatically (email link and/or account downloads). Delivery is electronic and usually immediate. Keep your email and order number. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, check spam and contact support.

4. Licence of use

Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own use. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, share download links, upload files to public repositories, or claim authorship of our materials.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

Because these are digital products with immediate delivery, statutory cooling-off/withdrawal rights that normally apply to physical goods work differently here — see our Refund Policy for our actual guarantee, which is more generous than the legal minimum in most jurisdictions.

6. Product quality guarantee

If a file is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us and we will re-deliver a working file or refund you, at your choice.

7. Disclaimer

Products are educational / informational. They are not medical, veterinary, legal, or financial advice unless expressly stated. Results vary. Always exercise personal judgement and consult professionals when needed.

8. Account and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and not misuse the site (fraud, scraping abuse, attacks). We may suspend access for serious breaches.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence. For payment-related disputes, Paddle’s own terms (paddle.com/legal/terms) also apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that order.
