Our 30-day guarantee

Every product on this store comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn’t working for you, reply to your receipt email (or write to hello@calmpuppyprotocol.com) within 30 days of purchase with your order number, and we’ll refund you — no form, no call, no explanation needed.

Digital products

All products on this store are digital downloads delivered immediately after payment (PDF or similar files via email and/or account). Because delivery is instant, by completing checkout you agree to immediate access — but that doesn’t reduce the 30-day guarantee above.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically a few business days.

Fair use

The guarantee is for genuine buyers who tried the material and it didn’t work for them. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (e.g. repeat purchase-and-refund of the same product).
