Instant digital delivery

There is no physical shipping. After payment confirmation you receive:

• An email with secure download links; and/or
• Access under My Account → Downloads (if you created an account).

Timing

Access is usually available within seconds. Card payments that require 3-D Secure may delay confirmation by a few minutes. Check spam/promotions folders.

Download limits

Links may have a download limit and expiry for security (shown on the product or in the email). You may request a re-issue if links expire while your licence remains valid.

Formats & devices

Unless stated otherwise, files are PDF (readable on phone, tablet, and computer). You need a PDF reader and enough storage for the file size.
