1. Who we are

This store (“we”, “us”) sells digital download products (ebooks, workbooks, checklists, PDF guides). Starquest Marketing LTDA, a company registered in Brazil, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Payments are processed by Paddle (see section 4) — Paddle also processes data as needed to handle your payment.

2. What we collect

Identity & contact: name, email address, billing country/address (collected by Paddle at checkout).
Order data: products purchased, order status, download access logs.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Communications: messages you send to support.

3. Why we process data

Contract: to process your order, deliver your download, and provide customer support.
Legal obligation: tax and accounting record-keeping.
Legitimate interest: store security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.
Consent: non-essential cookies or marketing emails, where used.

4. Who we share data with

Paddle (paddle.com) is our payment processor and Merchant of Record — Paddle handles your payment, calculates and collects any tax due in your country, and holds the billing/order data needed to do that. Beyond Paddle, we share data only with processors needed to run the store: hosting, email delivery, analytics (if enabled). We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

We operate from Brazil and sell worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your own country (including in Brazil and wherever our processors, such as Paddle and our hosting provider, operate). We use reputable processors and appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for as long as required by Brazilian tax and accounting law. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil’s LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados), and under GDPR if you are in the EU/UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@calmpuppyprotocol.com. Brazilian residents may also contact the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, gov.br/anpd); EU/UK residents may contact their local data protection authority.

8. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
